This Self-Taught VR Developer Re-Created Tetris in VR
Tetris is 1 such game that everyone has played at to the lowest degree once in their life. Now, this self-taught VR developer has created a 3D version of the classic puzzle that can exist played in VR.
Surfing through Reddit, I found this Redditor who claims to be a self-taught VR developer in his spare fourth dimension. The guy shared the first epitome of his contempo projection in r/VirtualReality and looks similar he successfully re-created the classic puzzler, "Tetris" in 3D that is playable in virtual reality (VR).
The Redditor shared a gameplay video in the Virtual Reality subreddit and in the video, the user is seen to play the game in VR. The game looks completely different in a computer-generated environment. There is a base to place the different shaped blocks that announced on the right side. The user but needs to selection upward the blocks with their hand as they first to announced and place them in the confined area to play the game. The ultimate goal of the game is the same equally the original one. According to the creator, users can also rotate the base along with the bars tower (in which the blocks are placed), although information technology was disabled for the demo video.
Now, one thing to notation is that this is the first image of the game and there is no real evidence that it will come to gaming platforms like in Oculus or Sony PS VR. However, information technology is quite impressive to witness this archetype retro puzzle in virtual reality.
